Birla Sun Life has announced the New Fund Offer (NFO) Birla Sun Life Fixed Term Plan - Series FK, a close ended income scheme.
The NFO will open and close subscription on 21 May 2012. The duration of the scheme is 366 days from the date of allotment of units. No entry and exit load charges is applicable for the scheme. The scheme offers dividend payout and growth option. Benchmark Index for the scheme is CRISIL Short Term Bond Fund Index. The minimum application amount is Rs 5000 and in multiples of Rs 10 thereafter. The fund manager for the scheme will be Kaustubh Gupta.
The investment objective of the scheme is to generate income by investing in a portfolio of fixed income securities maturing on or before the duration of the scheme.
