JPMorgan MF introduces India Hybrid Fund Series 1

JPMorgan Mutual Fund has announced the NFO JPMorgan India Hybrid Fund Series 1, 37 months close ended income scheme.

The NFO opens for subscription on May 7, 2011 and closes on May 21, 2011. No entry and exit load charges is applicable for the scheme. The duration of the scheme will be 37 months from the date of allotment of units. The scheme offers dividend payout and growth option. 

The scheme will be benchmark against 1BSE 200 and CRISIL Composite Bond Fund Index. The minimum application amount is Rs.5000 and in multiples of Re.1 thereafter. The fund managers for the scheme will be Namdev Chougule, Amit Gadgil, Karan Sikka and Ravi Ratanpal.

The investment objective of the scheme is to generate returns and reduce interest rate volatility, through a portfolio of fixed income securities that are maturing on or before the maturity of the Scheme along with capital appreciation through equity exposure.
