Work closely with executives and contribute to business development across all products and all customer segments and especially communicate and establish relationships not only with lenders but also with borrowers.
Communicate and establish relationships. Monitor metrics like customer conversion rate, revenue collection etc. Help implement sales strategies and reach sales targets, and assist in projecting sales volume and profit for Monexo's products in India.
Business Development Manager
1+ years of sales experience in selling products in India. Professional degree from a reputable institution.
Good knowledge and understanding of sales and consumer behaviour in India. An energetic, technologically forward thinking, positive and creative individual.
Excellent interpersonal, persuasive and organizational skills including ability to make important decisions and resolve disputes.
Must be driven, self-motivated and result-oriented.
