Description

Need to handle back office related activities for all the financial products such as stocks, mutual funds & insurance. Day to day transaction processing, follow up with Insurance Companies/AMC/Front Office etc. Form filling for all the financial products (stocks/mutual funds/insurance) and updating the system. Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction & follow communication procedures, guidelines & policies. Maintain customer interaction records & file required documents. Candidate must have Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information and Multi-tasking. Develop a strong relationship with the team members by giving them guidance and motivation.

Qualifications
Candidate must be Graduate/Post Graduate/Pursuing CFPCM in any stream with a penchant for knowledge and a burning desire to learn. He/she must be certified with NISM V A Mutual fund Distributor exam with the experience 1-2 years on allied financial areas. The candidate needs to be proficient in Excel ,computer /Internet. He/she should be able to competently & independently be able to perform all functions. We are looking for the candidates with excellent oral and written communication skill in English.
