Description

-Conversant with RTA processes, manage, control and monitor the processes without any deviation -Ensure that the Service level agreements are adhered to by the RTA , deliverables are met as per the agreed timelines -Co-ordinate with Internal/External/Regulatory audits and ensures that the audit suggestions are implemented. -Responsible for the timely receipt and accuracy of the MIS received from RTA before sharing with other stake holders -To be well versed with the subscription/redemption/switch reconciliations and co-ordinate with the Fund accountant in closing the entries -Should be able to manage the Investor/SEBI and other complaints and ensure closed within the agreed TAT -Manage the CSE across and ensure they follow the processes and accuracy in reporting to HO -Ensure that the industry standards are achieved in processing and improve control systems that is practiced by others, if it suits the business -New initiatives -Website maintenance and enhancements to ensure user friendly portal.

Qualifications
BCOM Graduate/ Preferably an MBA (Finance). At least 6-8 years of experience in core RTA and customer service processes. Preferably NISM Certified.
