This partnership will give IDFC AMC the ability to offer domestic investors access to international investment opportunities through investment products managed by NGAM. Natixis Global Asset Management is one of the largest asset managers in the world based on assets under management.
Natixis is the corporate, investment and financial services arm of BPCE, the second-largest banking group in France with 22% of total bank deposits and 37 million clients spread over two networks, Banques Populaires and Caisses d’Epargne.
Pursuant to RBI’s requirements for banking license, IDFC Ltd. on July 9, 2015 has transferred its shareholding in IDFC Asset Management Company Ltd. to IDFC Financial Holding Company Limited, a Non-Operative Financial Company, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of IDFC Ltd. Even after the transfer, IDFC continues to be the sponsor of IDFC Mutual Fund and also continues to hold controlling interest in IDFC AMC.
- Lead the identification and analysis of the enterprise business drivers and industry/market trends to derive the future state platform architecture in the context of business processes, applications, information and technologies.
-Provide direction to integrate architecture best practices into critical processes and disciplines such as acquisition/purchasing, vendor management, portfolio/program and project management.
-Evolve culture to embrace and incorporate architecture as part of everyday activities and behaviors.
-Review production applications to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve the response time, availability, and reliability of our solutions while reducing utilization/costs. Diagnosis of complex and urgent outages.
-Facilitate the usage technology investments and resources to enable the business capabilities of the corporate strategic plan.
-Develop and maintain enterprise-wide technology architecture strategy which identifies areas for synergies, and provides guidelines to maximize the return on investment across the enterprise.
-Develop and implement technology innovation agenda to ensure that Bank is a leader in the application of technology to our various businesses.
-Creation of the solution architectures and then shepherding them through the various architecture governance processes to ensure they are aligned with the strategic direction, utilizes approved technology standards, and follows the appropriate guiding principles
-Develop the solution architecture function to support most important and complex initiatives.
-Responsible for monitoring industry trends; applies trends to influence strategy and behaviors within areas of responsibility.
-Responsible for setting directions that develop and maintain a good information and integration architecture while simultaneously lowering unit costs and raising productivity.
-Drive the creation of transition plans, frameworks, reference architectures that lead the way to the future, detailing the steps required in various areas and coordinating across the company to minimize risk and maximize capabilities and efficiency
-Work with the Business Innovation group to provide technical expertise
Educational Qualifications: BE/BTech
-Record architecture in a software architecture document using use cases and the Unified Modeling Language (UML)
-Maintain and evolve software architecture documents based on evolving system requirements and industry trends and technologies.
-Analyze risk and report problems in meeting system requirements.
-Collaborating with IT and business partners to continually evolve comprehensive multi-year Information Technology Strategies aligned to enable the company's strategic goals
-Experience providing consultative Solutions Architecture and support services with both breadth and depth of subject matter expertise in areas of greatest value to the company.
-Experience in all aspects of architecture roles, including leading the development and execution of comprehensive IT strategies and roadmaps and the development and execution of architectural requirements and technology standards.
-Experience with evaluating and assessing alternative technology solutions to make the required trade-off decisions between functionality, technical design, standardization, risk management, and costs/benefits.
-Experience in driving technology innovation to improve business performance and customer engagement
-Strategic thinking and ability to influence innovation to establish and execute planning process.
-Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues at different levels of the business and IT organizations, including the most senior levels within the enterprise.
-Ability to deliver presentations of complex technical and business information to a diverse audience based upon a sound understanding of technology and its application to achieve business objectives.
