Circle Business Manager – Axis Bank Channel

Primary responsibility is to work closely and build strong relations with the circle head & cluster business manager to build circle level strategies on products and sales initiatives to help achieve revenue and sales targets for the circle.
Build strong relationship with all cluster managers and key branches to ensure execution of strategies rolled outby the circle.
Ensure maximum market share for Axis Mutual funds scheme within the channel.
Ensure resource vise productivity across all segments.
Driving/Initiating & executing training & development on products, soft skills and regulations to the bank employees.
Ensure strong ground/branch level connectivity of the team by way of regular interaction and meets with employees in the circle.
Conducting regular investor level meets (one on one or at a group level)
Regular business review with internal (AMC &ASL team members) & external (Circle/Cluster) teams.
Regular communication on products, markets and sales tools to all Bank employees.
Achieve sales targets and market share for the circle.
Manage and motivate team in sales and investor service and guide
them suitably
Territory Manager or Zonal Manager depending upon the location.
The employee should have demonstrated significant contribution to the business growth in the market through Axis Bank channel. The candidate should have the ability to lead a team to implement plans and execute at the ground level. Should have demonstrated working effectively with all the Axis Bank stakeholders and grow business significantly single handedly. The candidate should be diligent and open to extensive local commute & Outstation travel if required. Should have strong understanding of the products and key business parameters. Should be able to build local level business strategies
with 4 to 6 years of experience
Additional Information
The incumbent should have a good understanding and interpretation off inancial market data.
Should have strong understanding of changing dynamics of Mutual Fund Industry.
