Primary responsibility is to work closely and build strong relations with the cluster head & senior relationship manager to build cluster level strategies on products and sales initiatives to help achieve revenue and sales targets.
Build strong relationship with all relationship manager & cluster managers and key branches to ensure execution of strategies rolled out by the circle.
Ensure maximum market share for Axis Mutual funds scheme within the channel.
Ensure resource wise productivity across all segments.
Driving/Initiating & executing training & development on products, soft skills and regulations to the bank employees.
Ensure strong ground/branch level connectivity of the team by way of regular interaction and meets with employees in the cluster.
Conducting regular investor level meets (one on one or at a group level)
Regular communication on products, markets and sales tools to all bank employees.
Achieve sales targets and market share for the cluster..
Manage and motivate team the team.
The candidate should have minimum 1 -2 years of experience from the Mutual Fund Industry or candidate from any other industry but should have worked in the MF industry in the last 1 year. He/ she should be NISM certified (Advisory Module-Series V A) A post graduate degree will be an added advantage He/ she should have the right attitude, open to travelling and have good communication skills (English and local language)
with 4 to 6 years of experience
The incumbent should have a good understanding and interpretation of financial market data.
