Primary Responsibility would be achievement of the sales targets as specified for the region across asset classes. Responsible to Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of a sales team within a specified area to achieve established sales targets Manage the day-to-day activities of a regional sales force in order to implement the organization's overall sales strategy for an assigned region. Monitor the performance of the sales teams or branches within the region and re-allocate resources to improve overall results. Coach sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization's products and services;  Work very closely with the Axis Bank to develop local business tie ups and relations to meet the required sales targets  Build and maintain effective relationship with the stakeholders like Key customers ; Investors ; Distributors ; Various other lead generating channels
have 5 - 8 years of exp erience.
Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 1 -2 years of experience from the Mutual Fund Industry or candidate from any other industry but should have worked in the MF industry in the last 1 year. He/ she should be NISM certified (Advisory Module-Series V A) A post graduate degree will be an added advantage He/ she should have the right attitude, open to travelling and have good communication skills (English and local language)
