To commit effective service levels to investors within regulatory framework and timelines so as to accomplish company’s goals and objective in the long run.
Respond to customer/client queries as well as front end with client.
May handle multiple tasks aa branch level including being responsible for day to day administrative support and resolving admin istrative problems.
Forwarding highly complex queries to teams handling escalated complaints.
Interacts with other departments of the company like fund management & operations as well as with external bodies like registrars as well as transfer agents to solve customer queries.
Investor Services
The candidate should have minimum 1 -2 years of experience from the Mutual Fund Industry or candidate from any other industry but should have worked in the MF industry in the last 1 year. He/ she should be NISM certified (Advisory Module-Series V A) A post graduate degree will be an added advantage He/ she should have the right attitude, open to travelling and have good communication skills (English and local language)
