Handling call and email enqiries /queries raise by the prospects & clients.
Acting as Excutive Asst.of the founder and getting done/overseeing some of the delegated functions on his behalf.
Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
Candidate must have Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information and Multi-tasking.
Develop strong relationship with the team members by giving them guidance and motivation.
Customer Care Executive
Candidate must be Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream with a penchant for knowledge and a burning desire to learn.
Has sound financial product knowledge and basic concepts about
personal financial planning.
Experience of 1 -3 years is desirable.
The candidate needs to be proficient in Excel computer/Internet.The candidate should be able to competently & independently be able to perform all functions.
