In a first-of-its-kind initiative, Reliance Mutual Fund has set up an office space for IFAs called ‘Prosperity Hub’ where they can conduct business and hold client meetings.
To start with, the fund house has opened its first office working space at Borivili West, Mumbai. This office space has independent workstations equipped with computers and laptops, a fully-furnished meeting space, well equipped conference rooms, wifi and pantry. IFAs desirous of availing this office space for upto 3 hours a day can call at 022-28658787.
The initiative will help IFAs who do not have offices and those who visit Mumbai to meet their clients from far-flung cities.
Sharing the rationale for this initiative, Himanshu Vyapak, Deputy CEO, Reliance Mutual Fund said that the fund house aims to provide a professional office space to IFAs. “Many IFAs operate from home or visit Mumbai to meet their clients. In addition, a few IFAs have to travel a lot to meet their clients within the city. These IFAs can use wifi and laptop, do conference calls and hold client meetings through this office space,” says Vyapak.
Vyapak told Cafemutual that the fund house could open more such office spaces in the city based on the initial response. “We will consider opening such offices in Mumbai; however, we have to see how it works out.” adds Vyapak.
