Kolkata based ASK Circle felicitated 11 IFAs with Samman Awards at the 7th Annual Mutual Fund Round Table Summit held in Pune.
“The winners were selected on the basis of innovative approach in their marketing strategy to acquire clients,” said Kanak Jain, Mentor, Ask Circle.
Sanjay Khatri from Mumbai received Samman Award as ‘HNI Creator’ for serving 30,000 investors and 10,000 families. He has opened 1.80 lakh folios and has 9,000 SIP investors. He received a standing ovation from the audience.
Manish Chauhan of Jagoinvestors.com was awarded for educating people through his blog. He has trained more than 1,000 investors through his blog and IAPs.
Jennifer Mendes, one of the top IFAs in Goa received the Award for building Rs. 187 crore AUA from 7000 clients.
Anup Thirani from Gangtok was awarded as ‘Investor Categorizer’. He categorizes his clients who are from the same profession and provides customised services accordingly. His niche clientele is post office investors who have switched to mutual funds.
P C Madhwani from Bilaspur (Chhatisgarh) was awarded for achieving a recent milestone of getting 3,000 clients through SIPs.
The other Samman Award winners were Gurmeet Singh (Bihar), Crasselius Offlyn (Shillong), CR Gopinath Nair (Trivandrum), R.Kannan (Coimbatore), Nitin Sawant (Sangli) and D.N Prasad (Mysore).
