Chennai based IFA association – IFA Galaxy is all set to hold its sixth annual event called IFA Galaxy Knowledge Summit 2015 in Mahabalipuram, near Chennai. Themed ‘Together towards 2020’, the two day-long event will take place on October 10 and October 11.
IFAs can look forward to discussions on business development, practice management, asset allocation strategy, client acquisition and retention, among others.
A few main attractions will be Tamil Film Star Raja Krishna Murthy also knows as Kitty, behavioral finance professor Sanjay Bakshi and Indian writer and public speaker Dushyant Sridhar.
Besides, AMC CEOs, advisors, and R&T officials will share their views in the event.
A K Narayan, President, IFA Galaxy, said that this event aims to empower IFA community through knowledge. “The event aims to prepare IFAs for 2020. Our action packed agenda will help IFAs strategize business model for the next five years. The sessions are expected to boost the morale of IFAs. Also, this event will help IFAs, particularly from small cities and towns, to network with leading CEOs, CIOs and top distributors.”
Ramesh Bhat, Member, IFA Galaxy, told Cafemutual that they have closed registrations in July after receiving over 475 registrations across the country. Last year, the event saw participation of over 550 delegates.
IFAs who can’t make it to the event can watch the event live through a webcast. Bhat claims that over 3000 people had watched IFA Galaxy’s event live through the webcast last year.
IFA Galaxy was started in August 2009 in Chennai with the goal of sharing information and knowledge with IFAs across India. Currently, the group has more than 10,500 online members across India.
