    LIC Mutual Fund gets a new whole time director

    Raj Kumar is the new Whole Time Director of LIC MF.

    LIC Mutual Fund has appointed Raj Kumar as the new Whole Time Director of LIC Mutual Fund. Raj Kumar is expected soon to become the CEO of the company once they get regulatory clearances.

    Raj Kumar has succeeded Sarojini Dikhale, Whole Time Director and CEO. She has moved to LIC India.

    In a press release, Raj Kumar, said “I am extremely delighted to join LIC MF and I am looking forward to use my experience and insights gained through the life Insurance industry in the mutual fund industry. I am sure that along with team LIC MF I will be able to contribute to the growth and success of the organisation. We aim to reach new heights in the MF industry. Our endeavor has, always, been to deliver consistent performance to our investors under the trust of our brand LIC Mutual Fund and we are committed for that.”

    Kumar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science. In his professional career, spanning over 32 years, he has worked as Zonal Manager Central Zone, LIC of India, at Bhopal for one year. Prior to this, he was an Executive Director (HRD) and Executive Director (Estates & Office Services) at Corporate Office, LIC of India, Mumbai.

    Kumar has extensive experience of leading strategy, human relation management and transformation engagements in the context of life insurance.
