Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager

-Predominantly responsible for managing National Distributors and IFA within the assigned region -Responsible for business generation and scaling up business relationships as per as the assigned targets -Identifying and appointing new distributors to enhance market share and reach -Accountability for implementing all sales and distribution initiatives including sales promotion drives, new product launches with the ND & IFA community -Plan engagement activities for the ND / IFA channel through meets, presentation and mailers etc. on a regular basis -Create benefit analysis for all the ND’s across the region mapped -To identify product trends in market and provide analytical information to Reporting Manager -Will also need to service and advice the HNIs of Bank of India. -Sharing progress report and market updates, provide regular feedback and implement constructive changes to enhance business growth in sync with the Reporting Manager.
Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager
-Preferably an MBA in Marketing / Sales. NISM certified. -Advantage would be over 2 years of experience in ND & IFA channel management of Mutual Fund Sales.

-Good understanding of retail financial services, preferably in mutual funds or distribution business.
-Fresh MBA’s / candidate with 1-2 years of AMC retail experience
-Smart with a go getter attitude.
