1. Meet or exceed sales targets by selling a volume of quality business commensurate with assigned standards, maximize the sale of new business by identifying new prospects and leveraging existing business. 2. Manage and supervise the business for the assigned region, channel of distribution or investor category. Provide infrastructural support, project expense needs and perform appropriate expense control 3. Develop quality relationships and alliances, establish and maintain regular contact with key customers and intermediaries. 4. Establish actions plans and metrics for performance, report market situation, competitive analysis and sales performance to the management on a periodic basis. 5. Contribute to corporate sales planning, develop product/customer strategy for the region, channel/investor category, cascade the strategy for implementation to regions and branches 6. Organize and coordinate all kinds of sales and marketing activities in the region. 7. Attract high caliber people in to work for Principal, motivate the team to raise the bar on performance, provide training, direction of work and review performance of people. 8. Develop day-to-day workflow and administrative procedures for Sales and Service reports, monitor and prepare understandable and accurate activity reports.
