In its recently held AGM at Rajkot, 55 members of Saurashtra Kutch IFA Association (SKIFA) have taken membership of NSE NMF II.
Sandeep Gandhi, Founder and President of SKIFA said that NSE NMF II holds events to carry out spot registration of distributors. “NSE NMF II officials helped us understand how we can use the platform efficiently. Instead of giving a presentation, they gave demo sessions. Post such sessions, they encourage us to ask questions on their services. I can say it is more like an interactive session for IFAs.”
NSE NMF II has started hosting events in non-metro locations to help distributors make better use of their services. Chetan Doshi, Vice President, NSE NMF II said, “Many distributors particularly in non-metro locations do not know how they can leverage services offered by us. We offer host of services apart from transaction execution such as Cheque collection facility with HDFC bank since inception of the platform, E – KYC, E-mandate, digitally on-boarding the client & last but not the least populating the entire mail back data of the distributor as well as a B2B mobile application for distributors to execute transaction on the go and so on. We have started these events to help distributors understand these services.”
Talking about the SKIFA, Gandhi said that they formed this association in 2016. “Initially, we floated this association to unite as a group & represent IFA interests collectively. Eventually, we shifted our focus to learning. We hold a monthly meeting in which our members can attend learning sessions. We divide the expenses incurred to hold such sessions equally among the participants. So far, we have held sessions on GST, building SIP book, dealing with HNIs and NRIs, using technology and so on. We also invite IFAs who have grown their business to learn from their best practices. Our aim is to come, learn and earn,” Gandhi said.
Sharing his experience, Doshi said, “We are pleased to get associated with such a professional association. The event started just on time like a professionally run organisation. These IFAs are very serious about their businesses & made the event very interactive.”
It is pertinent to mention here that NSE NMF II has waived off the registration fee completely till September 10. Doshi told Cafemutual that over 1000 IFAs have signed up with the platform after fee waiver.
