Around 90 representatives from 45 IFA Associations are expected to gather in Mumbai to attend the newly formed United Forum’s meeting on June 30 in Mumbai to appoint the key office bearers.

The day-long meeting will start at 11 am at Garware Club House, Churchgate Mumbai.

The representative of United Forum said that 45 IFA associations have already confirmed to attend this meeting. “We have invited Presidents and General Secretaries of 45 IFA Associations. We will form executive committee, zonal committee and state wise committees and appoint the key office bearers in this meeting.”

Further, he told Cafemutual that a common federation like United Forum will help represent the voice of IFAs before the regulator and the Finance Ministry.

He said, “So far, many IFAs associations have approached the Finance Ministry, SEBI and AMFI to discuss some key issues affecting the mutual fund industry. However, we don’t have a single association that can represent the voice of all IFAs.”

In this meeting, Ashish Goel (DFDA), Sanjay Khatri (FIFA), Roopa Venkatkrishnan (FIFA), S K Bagaria (Voice of MFD), Nilesh Shah (KAMFA) and Dhruv Mehta (FIFA) will share their views on the key trends shaping the industry.

As IFA we are getting the business to the AMC's by bering all the expenses ourself, but the credit (package, incentives, other benefits) goes to the sales persons of the respective AMC, still the sales people is not is touch with us (exception to some IFA), still the talk is going on the commission giving to the IFS's?
Try to give the clarity and the problem that IFA's facing.
