Why is It always "may"? The way AMCs have mismanaged investor's funds and the way SEBI is so silent on this it seems that there is a very big game getting played here to dupe investors big time. Surprisingly the regulator instead of protecting investors is actually by keeping mum is helping them to get duped. This is to maximise AMCs profits which they are actually supposed to restrict. CCI has to intervene and probe into this nexus between companies and regulator and punish people. They are supposed to stop Cartelization but in our case AMFI is allowed and officially acknowledged is surprising.
