Kalpen Parekh, President, DSP Mutual Fund which manages nearly Rs 90,000 crore worth of assets, rues the fact that fund managers are expected to outperform on a short-term basis even though equity is a long-term game. In a freewheeling interview, Parekh said he would hold healthcare stocks for the next 30 years, but warns that new fund offerings may not make sense for most investors.
