Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund has launched a new SIP campaign in which the fund house’s employees such as fund managers and sales head will promote SIPs.

Sharing the rationale for this move, Kaiyomurz Daver, Head – Marketing, Brand & Corporate Communication, Kotak Mutual Fund says, “The campaign is to strengthen distributor – investor connect. Having the fund house representatives explain the benefits of SIP investors gives it credibility and  enhances investor confidence.

The fund house is running this campaign across print, digital and social media with its fund managers highlighting benefits of investing in Kotak schemes through SIP.

Talking about the campaign, Daver said that the fund house wants to promote SIP as a healthy investment option for retail investors. “We want retail investors to understand the amount of wealth they can create through disciplined and consistent investments. All categories of schemes – be it large cap, midcap or multi-cap, all facilitate wealth creation, provided you invest through SIP route. Hence, we are showcasing our equity schemes and the amount of wealth they have generated since inception.”

Currently, Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund has around seven lakh SIP accounts.
