- Building & Leading a team of 5-7 sales managers.
- Should have product knowledge of all LOB’s.
- Responsible for P & L of the respective region.
- To develop new business by tapping new accounts focusing on capturing revenue opportunities from potential clients.
- Creating a database of potential corporate clients.
- Creating revenue pipeline.
- Timely reporting to the Business Head
Qualifications
Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred)
Experience
3-5 Years Experience ; Above of Sales Experience in a General Insurance Company or General Insurance Broking Industry. (Direct Sales, Motor Detailer & Retail Agency ). Fair know
