    Arka Investment Advisory Services has launched its second Cat II Private Equity Fund- Arka Hreem Real Estate Opportunities Fund.

    The fund has a target size of Rs. 500 crore and a green shoe option of Rs. 250 crore with a focus on residential real estate opportunities in India.

    This launch follows the successful final closing of Arka’s maiden private credit fund.

    The real estate AIF is designed to bring in investments in the residential sector in India. The fund will be focused on Tier 1 cities and invest with grade A developer partners.

    Arka Investment Advisory has a focus on real estate and credit markets.
