Following the success of the industry’s first cricketing extravaganza Cafemutual IFA League (CIL) held in May 2016, there has been an overwhelming response to Season 2. In fact, many enthusiasts were turned away inspite of increasing the team size and number of teams
As a result, 81 IFAs from across Mumbai, Pune, Nashik and Nagpur will participate in the CIL Season 2.
The nine teams – Alpha Generators, Asset Allocators, Beta Blasters, The Contrarians, Growth Orienteers, SIPers, The Outperformers, The Diversifiers and Value Chasers will compete to clinch CIL Season 2 Championship on December 17.
The first qualifier match of this knock out tournament will be played between Growth Orienteers and The Contrarians at 8 am. The winner of this match will face Pune based The Outperformers in the fourth match.
Beta Blasters will faceoff SIPers in the second match of the day. Similarly, Asset Allocators will play Alpha Generators while Value Chasers will take on Nashik based The Diversifiers.
The winners of these matches will directly qualify for semi-finals and eventually final on the same day.
CIL is a day-long hard tennis ball cricket tournament. It will start at 7.30 am on December 17 at Astro Park - Lions Club, Near Milan Subway, Santa Cruz West Mumbai.
Spectators are invited to be a part of this excitement and cheer for the Dhonis and Kohlis of the mutual fund industry.
