Cafemutual has announced Thomas Curran as the first speaker of Cafemutual Confluence 2023 (CC 23).
Thomas is an Associate Professor of Psychological and Behavioural Science at The London School of Economics and Political Science. He is popularly known as the first psychologist to find that perfectionism is on the rise among young people.
At CC 23, Thomas will explain how the quest of achieving perfection impacts health and mental well-being in the long run. Additionally, Thomas will take us through some practical ways to get out of the ‘Perfection Trap’.
