Cafemutual held the Cafemutual Confluence 2023 (CC23) on October 13, 2023 at Taj Lands End, Mumbai where it hosted over 525 MFDs, RIAs and other industry stakeholders. Themed ‘For a brighter future. Anti-fragile. Dynamic. Innovative.’, the event showcased some innovative ideas and unique perspectives that left the attendees enthralled.
The daylong event had a fantastic line-up of speakers who spoke about not only the evolution of financial advice but also the emerging trends shaping the investment management industry.
Additionally, Thomas Curran, Associate Professor of Psychological and Behavioural Science, The London School of Economics and Political Science gave some powerful tips to break free from the ‘perfection’ trap and the top industry CEOs shared how to surf the next wave of growth.
CC23 also addressed other pertinent topics like the way forward for retail investors, SEBI’s rulemaking activity, the impact of AI and creating resilient distribution business.
The event also equipped attendees to survive and thrive in the changing world.
Finally, the event hosted the prestigious Cafemutual Big League Awards where it gave away 26 awards across five broad categories. Powered by CAMS, these awards were solely based on quantitative data and felicitated MFDs demonstrating a strong performance during FY 2022-23.
