Cafemutual held the Cafemutual Ideas Fest 2024 (CIF 24) on February 23, 2024 at Taj Lands End, Mumbai where it hosted over 416 MFDs, RIAs.
Themed ‘Shaping your future- Ideas, Insights, practices’, CIF 2024, shared thought provoking and enlightening sessions to keep MFDs ahead of curve. The daylong event had a fantastic line-up of speakers and panelists who shared powerful and visionary ideas to help MFDs grow their business.
Notably, Hal Hershfield, a professor of marketing, behavioral decision making and psychology at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management delivered a session on ‘Your Future Self: How to Make Tomorrow Better’. He said that MFDs should help their clients get emotionally attached to their financial goals.
Top industry stalwarts spoke on a variety of topics like the outcome of 2024 elections on markets, 5 trends to watch out for in 2024, macro trends impacting investment outcomes, how MFDs can lead with purpose and how MFDs can enhance their earnings. Top MFDs also shared their personal journey giving tips on what made them thrive in the industry.
Apart from this, Team Cafemutual also launched its sixth book ‘The Mutual Advantage - Why are mutual fund 'sahi' for you’. The book gives actionable ideas to your clients to approach mutual fund investing.
Axis MF and Cafemutual once again felicitated 10 MFDs with the prestigious Sanjeevani Awards 2024 to celebrate inspiring stories that highlight the zeal and commitment of MFDs/RIAs.
The event concluded on a happy note with standup comedian Shridhar Venkataramana taking the attendees on a laughter ride.
The exhibition area and networking area was charged up with the presence of many MFDs who shared the events updates across social media handles.
