Managing finances can be easy and effective, especially when, all you have to do is refer to one index card that mentions simple and actionable financial rules. This index card was formally introduced to many by Harold Pollack through his book, ‘The Index Card: Why Personal Finance Doesn't Have to be Complicated’.
Harold will address a session on ‘Index Card Investing - Simple Rules for Investing Success’ at Cafemutual Confluence Investment Marathon 2021 (CCIM 21). The session promises to share some tried and tested personal finance rules for creating good financial health.
Harold is a Professor at The University of Chicago, Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice. An undergraduate in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Princeton University, he also holds master's and doctorate degrees in Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
Coming from a non-financial background, Harold complied together key learnings through extensive reading, speaking to advisors and from his personal experiences to design a financial regime that can create a brighter future financially.
In addition, CCIM 21 will also host some of the industry’s best regarded CIOs, personal finance gurus and fund managers. Ensuring the comfort of investors, the event is designed digitally and is scheduled for 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Aug 18, 19 and 20.
