NDML is the second KRA appointed by SEBI after CVL.
Mumbai: NDML (NSDL Database Management Ltd), a wholly-owned subsidiary of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL), has received in-principle approval from SEBI as KYC Registration Agency (KRA).
“NDML has received the in-principle approval to set up the KRA. We expect to go live in a few days,” said Sameer Gupte, Vice President, NSDL Database Management Ltd.
NDML was set up in 2004. It has established Central Record-keeping Agency (CRA) for NPS and Tax Information Network (TIN) for Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT).
