You can now get training on online ARN registration/renewal and mail back services by attending knowledge sessions of CAMS.
CAMS has started conducting knowledge sessions ‘Distributor Connect’ for IFAs to help them to increase their productivity through the wide range of CAMS services meant for IFAs.
A typical distributor connect program includes sessions on various CAMS mailback reports and their scope with particular emphasis on new reports and facilities, details on AMFI online site for ARN / EUIN registration & renewal, distributor focused product launches such as “digiSIP”, eMandate, biometric eKYC and their benefits.
In fact, the R&T agent has recently conducted its 25th event in Bangalore. Over 35 IFAs participated in this session.
In a note sent to Cafemutual, CAMS has said, “CAMS distributor relationship management team has been on an over-drive during the year to connect with IFAs and build awareness on the vast range of distributor led services. Using engaging formats such as IFA meets, webinars in addition to one on one meetings, the out-reach has touched over 2000 distributors. The successful completion of 25th event is a result of the active engagement of distributors to seek clarifications and provide feedback on various services they consume from CAMS. The team use the event to share sneak-peak of upcoming initiatives.”
So far, the R&T agent has conducted these events across 17 locations such as Rajkot, Jamnagar, Vellore, Baruch, Dahod, Pondicherry, Dhanbad and Vadodara. Both new IFAs and experienced IFAs have attended these sessions to seek a refresher on CAMS service offerings and get updated on new services.
Besides meets, CAMS has been regularly conducting weekly webinar sessions for distributors in Tier 2/ 3 towns.
