Aditya Birla Sun Life MF’s distributor engagement program bags multiple awards

The fund house’s Privilege Club bagged three awards at Customer Fest Awards 2020.

The distributor engagement program of Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund ‘Privilege Club’ has bagged three awards at the Customer Fest Awards 2020 hosted by Kamikaze B2B Media.

The fund house won awards in three categories - ‘Best Channel Loyalty Program’, ‘Best Loyalty Program in Financial Sector (Non-Banking)’ and ‘Best Loyalty Program in B2B sector’.

Started in 2011, Privilege Club is a loyalty program for mutual fund distributors. It aims to nurture and support the individual MFDs by providing training and development programs, learning and analytical tools, tech enablement platforms and so on.

It's a good initiative by Absl mf, but it will be good that companies provide distributors other facilities like loan at subsidised rate for business development and office maintenance charges to the distributors maintaining aum above the prescribed limits.
