    Congratulations Sreekanth ji!
Being a CA, I hope that you can very well understand the problems of our investors while filing their IT Returns in their Capital Gains Calculations. I have been asking your executives from the last so many years that Consolidated Realised Gains Statements are not available in Karvy Serviced amcs based upon pan while the other Registrar is providing this basic need from the last so many years.

Sir I am to request you that since I am 93+ years old cancer patient , hence requesting you for early transfer of M&M shares. After repeated mails I am not getting reply. An early action is requested looking to my age and pandemic.

    Good Morning Sir,
This is being sent to you with a hope of getting a resolution and after failing to get a reply for more than 49 days.
I fail to understand why I am not allowed to correct errors in my profile which are not due to me feeding erroneous data as far as I know it and if it has happened inadvertently what prevents you in allowing me to correct it.
My investment is in the lame Prakash Shrikrishna Pandit (HUF) and even all the account statements I have been receiving since investments were made, even before I started using K Fintech probably even before K Fintech came into existance shows the same name. PAN of my HUF as per KYC is AAAHP0 426R since its incorporation in 1991.
I faced the following issues for the first time today and expect you to provide solution as soon as possible.
    1) When I log in I am not allowed to correct the errors in the profile
    2) My PAN is not accepted and I get a message that the PAN is invalid, statements retrieved thru you, however, show the correct KYC compliant PAN.
    3) At the top left corner of the page open after logging in below the word Welcome ,I assume, investor's must appear but it shows my mother's name who never had any Mutual Fund investment except probably some UTI units held in physical form and she has never registered with any MF entity (Screen Shot 2021-03-21.png(132KB) Attached for your ready Reference) This clearly shows the investor’s name but you welcome someone else how this is justifiable.
    4) Due to merger of banks the name of my bank and its IFSC has been changed and Nippon MF has effected on its own but KFINTECH does not accept the new IFSC which is available in public domain
    5) When I asked for statement of account without logging in for my folio with IDBI MF i got a message that my "e mail id is not registered with us" but when i log in and ask for the same statement it it sent to registered mail-id which you said is not available with you hence no statement was issued.
    6) When i log in using micro soft edge browser it becomes almost impossible to log out and it continued for almost 5-6 hours. I could not log out even after closing the browser at least 3-4 times during these 6 hours.
    7) If your site is not compatible to a specific browser you must specify which browser is to e used to access and sign in by the investor.
    8) IN short I found it hostile to customer instead of customer friendly.
Hope to get point wise logical explanation to each of the 8 issues raised above and in case it does not pertain to your department passing it on as it is to the concerned department and requesting them to respond.
Hope you will do the needful at the earliest and keep me posted.

I was alloted ticket number 692337 with a promise to respond within 3 working days from 21/03/21 the date of receipt of my mail but even after 31 days there is no resolution. I don't know how you count days is it 300000 days is equal to 3 days at k fintech?
Anyway need instant resolution and hope you do it or accept you are not able to/not going to resolve it
If you think you deserve thanks for not keeping your written commitment be it so
