As per SEBI, as the AUM of mutual fund increases TER must decrease. This directly affects the brokerages of MFD's. As the brokerage keeps reducing it will have a negative effect and MFDs will either get demotivated or start selling mutual funds with low AUM which may result in increase in risk for clients. What are your views on it ?

You are absolutely right. Sebi is only after reducing commission. It should rather focus as how people can good performing mutual fund.
