In an online survey conducted by Bajaj Capital titled ‘Holistic Retirement’ reveals that regular income and medical expenses are the top two concerns for millennials post retirement.
The respondents were asked about their top retirement concerns. Some of the common and top concerns noticed among the clients were regular income post retirement, medical expenses, health and wellness and the purpose of life, says the report.
The survey data reveals that 79% of respondents (born between 1981 - 1996) kept regular income as their top concern in the post retirement years. Surprisingly, the health & wellness occupied the second spot.
Further, 40% of millennials say that they intend to start their own business post retirement. The entrepreneurial spirit seems to be high in the younger generation, says the report.
