Nippon Life India Mutual Fund will vaccinate over 1000 employees and their immediate family members with covid-19 vaccination.
The fund house will bear the cost of two mandated vaccine shots for employees and their family members. This would also cover employees and their family members who have already taken the first/both doses of the vaccine.
In a press release, the fund house said that the move is aimed at safeguarding the lives of its employees and their dependent family members from the pandemic.
“For the company, the welfare and well-being of its employees and their families is of utmost importance. As a responsible corporate citizen, NIMF is not just following the guidelines and protocol completely to ensure safety, but also encouraging employees and eligible family members to go for vaccination at the earliest,” said the fund house.
