    The Next Big Thing (NBT) program is a live example of training v/s strategy. It is a practice management program; in simple words you’re outsourcing a team of young individuals to work for you.     We decide the concept, research, gather enough material, data and figures to share beforehand. Our sessions are interactive and filled with real examples, videos, case-studies and pictures. These visual tools help us convey our message in an effective manner. Also, we ensure every session is followed by a healthy question and answer round with feedback.

    Apart from business development and practice management content, your course also imparts training on financial education for investors & skill enhancement for staff. What is the rationale for this?

    We believe that business is also about skills, ethics and having knowledge to make decisions. We give them everything from skill based to motivational sessions; sales and goal driven team training also forms a part of NBT. Importance of small tools for staff in their daily routine helps establish a common goal and improves their internal communication.

    What are the deliverables and course material that distributors get?

    Thematic campaigns like Designer STP, Freedom SIP, Nivesh ka Utsav, SIP Carnival were a few situation specific campaigns being and specially designed to help the intermediaries deal with market changes and make their investors understand complex concepts in a simple manner. Planning ki Paathshala, Line of control, How to go Online, Ek Ka Chaar are other sessions that cover the need of organisational growth and business development.

    We provide sessions in association with expert speakers from the industry to talk about the market overview, workshops personality & image development.

    The visual content in the form of videos and pictures, book recommendations, and daily task specific work is allotted to the intermediaries.

    During complete lockdown, the distributors were demotivated; with 50 webinar sessions, we encouraged them to have a positive productive day.  We successfully connected 200 partners on a daily basis. These partners needed someone to listen to them. For a change, we were simply listening and supporting them through a data driven process.
