ICICI Prudential MF and the Pune Independent Financial Advisors Association (PIFAA) have together launched a book called 'Striving Success Stories'. The book contains stories of PIFAA members who have had an illustrious career as MFDs/RIAs.
The ones to feature in the book includes Bharat Pathak, co-founder of Wealth Managers (India), Amit Bivalkar, MD & CEO of Sapient Wealth, Aashwiin Shah, founder and director of Pelican Investments and top individual MFDs like Ajay Laddha and Balvir Chawla.
The book aims to serve as a source of learning and motivation for upcoming MFDs and RIAs. "Apart from reflecting on their journey, the book serves as a guiding light for future financial advisors as these learned members have generously shared their learnings with the readers. The book is packed with real-life stories of members who triumphed over various odds to reach the pinnacle of success in their advisory and distribution business," ICICI MF said in a press release.
Speaking to Cafemutual, President of PIFAA Harshavardhan Bhusari said the book was in the making since December 2021, when PIFAA held an event to felicitate MFD achievers. "A lot of suggestion came forward post the event. The idea to publish a book came from ICICI Prudential MF's Gaurav Jajoo. The fund house then worked with PIFAA to bring out the book," he said.
