HDFC MF has appointed new fund managers for HDFC Flexicap Fund, HDFC Top 100 Fund and HDFC Balanced Advantage Fund. They will take over Prashant Jain’s role with effect from July 29, 2022.
Here are the details of the new fund managers:
Roshi Jain to manage HDFC Flexicap Fund
Roshi joined the fund house in December last year and has over two decades of experience. Before HDFC MF, Roshi worked as Vice President-Portfolio Management with Franklin Templeton and as Financial Analyst with Goldman Sachs.
Rahul Baijal to manage HDFC Top 100 Fund
Rahul joined the fund this month with over 20 years of experience. In his last stint, he worked as Senior Fund Manager (Equity) with Sundaram MF. Before Sundaram MF, he was associated with Bharti AXA Life Insurance as Fund Manager (Equity) and TVF Capital as Director-Portfolio Manager.
Gopal Agrawal, Srinivasan Ramamurthy and Anil Bamboli will manage HDFC Balanced Advantage Fund
Gopal and Srinivasan will jointly manage equity assets.
Gopal has been with HDFC MF since Jul 2020 and has over 20 years of experience. In his last position held, Gopal was the Senior Fund Manager and Head-Macro strategy at DSP Investment Managers. Before that, he was the CIO-Equity with Tata MF and CIO-Equity and Chief Strategist with Mirae Asset MF.
Srinivasan joined the fund house in Oct 2020 and has over 15 years of experience. Before joining HDFC MF, Srinivasan was a fund manager with Mahindra Manulife MF and Ageas Federal Life Insurance.
Anil will manage the debt assets of the scheme and is an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience.
