Pune’s national distributor Symphonia has introduced a new game KYCARDS, which stands for Know Your Clients Aspirations Regrets Dream Status.

The game aims to help MFDs increase their engagement with clients in a light-hearted way. It comprises a set of 52 questions like What are the qualities you would like to have in a person who can be your financial guide, if someone asks you about how to start investments and what will you tell the person and what are your top 3 aspirations connected with money?

These questions help MFDs in understanding deep-rooted beliefs, philosophy, aspirations, regrets, dreams pertaining to matters related with money of clients.

In a note sent to Cafemutual, Amit Basu, CEO, Symphonia Wealth said, “This engagement idea works best with effective and attentive listening skills which is the key to develop empathy and take the relationship to the next level which allows collaboration which in turn develops trustworthiness over a period of time. Since many families consider it auspicious to play friendly card games on Diwali, we launched these KYCARDS just before the start of Diwali festivities.”
