    Amit Shah joins the advisory firm as Director of corporate advisory services.

    Mumbai based Waterfield Advisors has appointed Munish Randev as Chief Investment Officer for their multi-family office business and Amit Shah as Director, corporate advisory services, says a press release issued by the company.

    Munish is a veteran of 19 years in the investment industry and moves from Avendus Wealth where he spent more than 4 years as the Head for Investment Advisory. His prior assignments were with Fidelity Funds Group and ABN Amro Bank.

    Amit has over 18 years of experience in investment banking and financial services. He has led and executed a number of varied domestic and cross border debt and equity raising transactions including pre-IPO, private equity, senior and mezzanine finance, acquisition finance and controlling stake sells. His last assignment was as Senior Director – Investment Banking with Avista-Houlihan Lokey.

    Both Munish and Amit will be based out of Mumbai.
