Sanjay Bembalkar, Co-Head, Equities, Union MF believes that scarcity assets derive their value from scarcity like bullion, gold, silver, vintage cars and stamps whereas efficiency assets derive value from cash flows like equity and debt. He also talks about Union Multi Asset Fund, which is currently open for subscription and closes on September 3.
