Indiabulls Mutual Fund files offer document for its Indiabulls Arbitrage Fund
Indiabulls Mutual Fund has filed a draft offer document with SEBI for its open ended equity scheme called Indiabulls Arbitrage Fund.
The scheme aims to generate income by predominantly investing in arbitrage opportunities in the cash and derivative segments of the equity markets and the arbitrage opportunities available within the derivative segment and by investing the balance in debt and money market instruments.
The scheme has an exit load of 0.5% if redeemed/switched out within three months from the date of allotment and nil if redeemed/switched out after three months from the date of allotment. The benchmark of the scheme is CRISIL Liquid Fund Index.
The scheme will be managed by Sumit Bhatnagar.
