A host of subjects covering knowledge, skills, behavioral, motivational, case studies, products, advisory based will be a part of the e-learning program.
Reliance Edge Academy has launched an exclusive e-learning program for IFAs. The e-learning program is part of the CRM tool Business Easy.
The e-learning program provides nine modules - goal planning basics, maths behind perfect goal planning (excel based), business success through better time management, business success through better presentation skills, NISM V A Mutual Fund Distributors Certification, RMF induction, difference between saving & investing and power of compounding and power of distributor initiated transaction (DIT).
These short multilingual modules will be available in various formats like animated, interactive, game based, page turners, quizzes, contests etc. covering range of categories like domain knowledge, skills, case study based learning, motivation and much more. Users can start from where they had left in the last session, said a note issued by the fund house.

This in conjunction with the traditional class room interventions will facilitate continuous up gradation of our partners at their convenience. Our online e-learning platform provides engaging & interactive content on various financial concepts, behavioural skills etc. It has been built from the ground up as a tailored solution in a training format where you can learn at your own pace, at home, on tablet, mobile, anywhere you have access to the internet and a web browser. Through our new initiative, we hope to reach out to all our distributors and their employees across T-15 & B-15 locations. We are especially excited to see that this power of e-learning will empower distributors to continuously upgrade knowledge & skills at the click of a button,” said Himanshu Vyapak, Deputy CEO, Reliance Mutual Fund.
Apart from PC/laptops these learning
modules can be accessed from any smart device (tablets, smart phones, etc.). The
academy will keep updating the modules periodically.
In phase two, RMF will provide this e-learning program to
national distributors as well.
Launched in 2013, Business Easy enables users to
undertake marketing initiatives with white labelled branding via email and SMS.
The CRM provides a host of features including MIS reports, latest NAVs,
birthday and anniversary reminders, market news, to name a few.
Around 15,000 IFAs are currently using RMF’s CRM tool,
claims the fund house. The CRM is available free of cost to IFAs.

Started in 2007, Reliance Edge Academy has provided training to more than 25,000 IFAs across India covering 178 locations.
