    SBI MF, ICICI Prudential MF and HDFC MF have the highest quarterly AAUM.

    AMFI data shows that the quarterly average AAUM of the MF industry has increased by 12% from Rs. 58.97 lakh crore in June 2024 to Rs. 66.22 lakh crore in September 2024.

    SBI MF, ICICI Prudential MF and HDFC MF are the top three fund houses in terms of highest quarterly AAUM.

    The data reveals that SBI MF continues to remain the No.1 fund house by a wide margin. The fund house crossed AUM milestone of Rs.10 lakh crore to reach AUM of Rs.10.98 lakh crore in September 2024. The quarterly AUM of the fund house rose from Rs. 9.88 lakh crore in June 2024.

    ICICI Prudential MF and HDFC MF are second and third in the MF industry, respectively. While AUM of ICICI Prudential MF  increased from Rs. 7.47 lakh crore in June 2024 to Rs.8.41 lakh crore in June 2024, HDFC MF has the third-highest quarterly AUM at Rs. 7.59 lakh crore in Sept 2024 increasing from Rs. 6.72 lakh crore in September 2024.

    Nippon India MF and Kotak MF complete the top 5 with quarterly AAUM of Rs. 5.49 lakh crore and Rs. 4.70 lakh crore, respectively.

    Other fund houses with large quarterly AUM include Aditya Birla MF, UTI MF, Axis MF, Mirae Asset MF and DSP MF.

    In terms of absolute increase, SBI MF, ICICI Prudential MF and HDFC MF showed the highest increase in quarterly AAUM. Nippon India MF and Kotak MF also recorded a steep increase in their quarterly AAUM.

    In terms of percentage increase, the relatively new fund houses led the way. Old Bridge MF recorded the highest percentage increase in quarterly AUM while Zerodha MF came second. JM Financial MF and Helios MF also recorded healthy percentage increases last quarter.
