Former Edelweiss AMC’s fund manager settles case with SEBI

The former fund manager paid Rs.19.50 lakh to settle the case.

The former Fund Manager of Edelweiss Asset Management, Abhishek Gupta has settled a case with SEBI.

Earlier, SEBI found that the fund manager had not complied with the SEBI norms. The market regulator alleged the fund manager of not staying true to the objective of the scheme.

The market regulator has settled this case after consultation with SEBI Whole Time Members and the internal committee of SEBI.

The fund manager has paid the amount of Rs.19.50 lakh to SEBI to settle this case
