DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund files offer document for its DSP BlackRock Arbitrage Opportunities

DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund has filed a draft offer document with SEBI for its open ended equity scheme called - DSP BlackRock Arbitrage Opportunities Fund.
The scheme aims to generate income through arbitrage opportunities in cash and derivative market segment. The scheme will be investing atleast 65% in equity and equity related instruments or atleast 65% in equity derivatives including Index Futures, Stock Futures, Stock Options, Index Options etc. and up to 35% in debt and money market instruments.
The benchmark of the scheme is CRISIL Liquid Fund Index. The scheme has an exit load of 0.50% if redeemed within 30 days from the date of allotment and nil if redeemed after 30 days from the date of allotment.
The fund will be co-managed by Apoorva Shah and Dhawal Dalal.
