Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund files offer document for its Birla Sun Life Emerging Leaders Fund - Series 5 and Series 6
Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund has filed a draft offer document with SEBI for its close ended equity scheme called - Birla Sun Life Emerging Leaders Fund - Series 5 and Series 6.
The scheme aims to generate long-term capital appreciation by investing predominantly in equity and equity related securities of Small & Mid Cap companies. The scheme will be investing 80%-100% in equity and equity related securities and upto 20% in cash, money market and debt instruments.
The benchmark of the scheme is S&P BSE Midcap Index. There will no exit load.
The fund will be co- managed by Mahesh Patil and Milind Bafna
