Sundaram Mutual Fund files offer document for its Sundaram Banking and PSU Debt fund.
Sundaram Mutual Fund has filed a draft offer document with SEBI for its open ended income scheme called - Sundaram Banking and PSU Debt fund.
The
scheme aims to generate income and capital appreciation by primarily investing
in a portfolio of debt and money market securities that are issued by banks,
public sector undertakings and public financial institutions. The scheme will
be investing 80-100% in money market and debt securities issued by banks,
public sector undertakings and public financial institutions and up to 20% in
other debt and money market securities.
The
benchmark of the scheme is CRISIL Short Term Bond Fund Index. The exit load if
redeemed within 3 months from the date of allotment will be 0.50% and nil if
redeemed after 3 months from the date of allotment.
The fund will be co-managed by Dwijendra Srivatsava and Siddharth Chaudhary.
