Mirae Asset Mutual Fund files offer document for its Mirae Asset Balanced Fund
Mirae Asset Mutual Fund has filed a draft offer document with SEBI for its open ended balance scheme called - Mirae Asset Balanced Fund.
The scheme aims to generate capital appreciation along with current income from a combined portfolio of equity & equity related instruments and debt and money market instruments. The scheme will invest 65%-85% in equity and equity related instruments and 15%-35% in debt and money market instruments.
The benchmark of the scheme is CRISIL Balanced Fund Index. The exit load within and including 6 months (182 days) from the date of allotment will be 2% , if redeemed after 6 months (182 days) but within 1 year from the date of allotment the exit load will be 1% and after 1 year there will be no exit load.
The fund will be co-managed by Neelesh Surana and Yadnesh Chavan.
